Security deposit is $1000, all refundable The apartment is available to rent on April 4th I have a beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment for rent at Mountain Shores apartment complex in Rexburg, Idaho. Over 1300 square feet! You won't find an apartment with this many amenities and this square footage for this price in Rexburg! This apartment is on the second floor. The apartment includes a washer and dryer in the unit, granite countertops, a pantry, lots of cupboard space, a tall ceiling, vinyl flooring, a private balcony, AC, Optix internet, and is pet-friendly. The tenant pays for gas and electricity. It averages out to about $80 a month for both combined, depending on the tenant. The apartment will be completely disinfected before the move-in date. I will not be able to hold the unit if you can not move in on the first of April. We are not doing personal tours of the apartment while tenants are still living in the apartment.
